We were happy to provide the Trans Rockies racers with refreshments yesterday as they passed by along the MMWLT. The riders will begin day 2 of the 6 day, 600 km race today. Wish them luck! #OurTrail

We took our 1st ride today on the Greenways Markin-McPhail Westside Legacy Trail in #Invermere BC! We rode 30km passing creeks,ponds, mountain vistas,wetlands&meadows. It was a great challenge with steep inclines! I've rarely ridden a bike,even as a child. It was awesome ❤🚴‍♀️
