The survey will take 30-40 minutes to complete. Responses will remain anonymous, and all data will be de-identified.

You will complete questions about 1) the climate in your lab, 2) your PI's social, emotional, and behavioral skills related to running a lab, and 3) some questions about yourself and your well-being.
