This #AntiBullyingWeek YoungMinds are raising awareness around bullying and the importance of reaching out for help and talking to someone you trust. They are also sharing useful advice for getting help and spotting the signs of bullying in others.

I think that this is a really great representation of how little we often know about what is going on for other people. Compassion and kindness can make an enormous different I think.

Prioritising mental health for young people is so important I'm establishing lifeling habits of self care and appropriate support for lifelong wellbeing.

Wednesday last week we were enormously fortunate to have Cllr Millward donate these important funds to improve acces to DofE in Dudley.

So good to see Govt step up to help struggling charities - the youth sector is grappling with soaring costs and a huge increase in demand for support from young people and their families so this is really welcome. Today we remember our founder, HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, and reflect on the difference he made to millions of young people's lives through the DofE – with a promise to give more young people the chance to do their DofE and discover talents they never knew they had.

Today I ran (most of) Cannock 10km with my friend Peter. The hills were a bit much tbh.😆 I probably should have done more training.
