Our next beer unveiling for this year's beer festival is one from Wye Valley Brewery that we have not had before, but at 3.9% ABV it gives a good hop punch. Yes, it's The Hopfather! The Carmarthenshiren Beer & Cider Festival runs between the 3rd and 5th of October.

Today's unveiling is from a local brewery who under new ownership has had quite a renaissance in the last few years. We have had Gwaun Valley Brewery award winning Porter the last few festivals, however this year we have been fortunate to secure a cask of their Cascade.
