On Wednesday, Bossman Owusu, Country Representative of Solidaridad in Ghana, officially presented a copy of the #SmallFarmerAtlas to Mondelēz Intl during a courtesy visit. Mondelēz Intl has been partnering with Solidaridad West Africa to improve the livelihoods of cocoa farmers and their communities.

Our Regional Director, Isaac Gyamfi, will be speaking this morning on our role in making the coconut industry more inclusive and sustainable at the 3rd International Coconut Festival happening now.

"We want to be a part of the success story in developing #coconut further to become an additional crop for diversification and #income generation, amongst others," says Isaac Gyamfi. He was speaking at the 3rd International Coconut Festival earlier today.
"All stakeholders, including @Solidaridad, must work together to set standards locally & nationally for the coconut sector. 1/2 The Country Representative for Solidaridad in Ghana, Bossman Owusu, and the Finance Manager, John Kpetoh, together with some members of the Solidaridad Cocoa Life team, embarked on a two-day field visit to some communities under the Cocoa Life programme funded by Mondelēz Intl.
2/2 The manager, Isaac Adusei, shared this during a field visit by the Ghana Country Representative, Bossman Owusu and the Finance Manager, John Kpetoh. The team also observed the extraction process using the Gold Kacha at the #mining site. The project is funded by Department of State.
"There are a lot of business opportunities for the youth within the agricultural sector. Therefore, we encourage the youth to take advantage of these opportunities within different supply chains," says Bossman Owusu, at the ongoing #agrofood fair.
Bossman Owusu has called on all interested individuals & organizations to partner with Solidaridad West Africa in implementing its new programme, Acting Now, which seeks to boost the production of locally grown nutritious foods and promote urban farming amongst urban dwellers. #agrofoodGH
