All of our athletic departments MUST begin to provide help for our student-athlete’s mental health the same way we provide an athletic training department for their physical health. This must become a priority!! Because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t there….

I can’t get on board with discarding players because “you didn’t recruit them” or because they don’t fit the mold you might have set. If they’re in your program, they’re your kids and it’s your responsibility to care for them. These are people, not objects.
