Mental health is a key component of public health, especially in a city like New York, where 1 in 5 residents experience mental illness in a given year. This #mentalhealthmonth, we’ll be highlighting some of the resources and CBOs providing mental health care in Brooklyn!

Last week we visited a hydroponic farm at Brownsville Collaborative Middle School, a collaboration with our partner TeensforFoodJustice. This farm has been encouraging healthy and sustainable habits for students since 2019. We're so happy to see the initiative flourishing!
