One of sports’ most valuable lessons: hard work doesn’t always result in the desired outcome. Even if you put in the time & effort to have earned it, “earned” is more often performance & production driven. Keep working. You not only have to do it, but you also have to do it well!

This is Javeno Mclean. He followed his heart by opening up a gym exclusively for people with dementia and disabilities. The best part? It's 100% free.

Didn’t have a good HS season - AAU isn’t the improvement answer. Get in the weigh room, work on your skills, your shooting, work with a mentor, & improve your knowledge of the game. AAU all off-season isn’t going to fix the holes in your game - it’s just going to expose them.

"It's like Christmas, except it's warmer." Pete Rose on Opening Day. It's officially opening day! Good luck to all of the softball teams!!

On Wednesday, Mrs. Schwery brought some of her MS TAG kids to share some coding robots with the elementary. They wanted to tie in with our One School One Book and even had a few heats of races for us! What a fun surprise 😁

See a ‘Sports Parent’ sitting alone? There is a reason. - No drama. - No negativity. - No ignorance. - No complaining. - No badmouthing coaches or refs. They just want to enjoy watching their child play. Be a part of the solution. Not the problem.

Every game of catch is an opportunity to improve or form bad habits. It’s so easy to invite bad habits while playing a lazy game of catch with nonchalant intent and mechanics. If you want better efficiency, velocity and consistency, take catch seriously.
