Interesting how the commission staff (appointed by Mayor Karen Bass) featured Bass’ letter as a stand alone item in the agenda materials for Monday, but the City Controller’s letter re: today’s meeting is lumped into the middle of a 60+ pg bundle of written comments from the public.
