Great summary of current evidence of resistance exercise for anxiety & depression -Understudied (overall & compared to aerobic) -Existing evidence + -Need larger, randomized studies -Need more studies w/ clinical disorders (instead of isolated symptoms or subclinical symptoms)

Just a PSA that the new dietary guidelines still recommend saturated fat be less than 10% of daily calories. Although red meat, cheese, and whole milk appear to be at the widest part of the pyramid, they still need to be eaten in moderation to keep saturated fat within the rec.
