Scotland looking very interesting so far this morning.

Suddenly angry. 14 years; countless children’s formative years shaped by poverty. Children growing up thinking they’re good for nothing. Think about that phrase; think what it does to a person. Never forget. Never forgive.

‘A difficult day’ for a man who, along with his cronies, has systematically stripped the country of every profitable asset for 14 years. And how they’ve laughed and mocked us all. And now he gets on a plane. They should all be sent to The Hague. Every single last one of them.

Fucking hell. Crying on the train. Representation matters. She even walks like the ballsiest kid in the class.

Take it in. The first female chancellor. The first housing secretary who's actually lived in social housing. The first education secretary who was on free school meals. An energy secretary who actually believes in aggressively fighting climate change. Not a bad afternoon.

I have neglected to take a proper day off for a long time and after one of the oddest and heaviest weeks, with an election thrown in for good measure, I did. And it was so very good. I am also happy to crowd fund for the picture below. It must be (partly) mine.
