(1/2) In Ont hospitals, the pandemic is far from over. There’ve been +300 patients in ICUs for 68 consecutive days. Compared to the avg patient, those with #COVID19 have very complex needs, longer stays & require more than twice as much care, putting tremendous pressure on staff.

Thanks Chris Lazongas for sharing. #Burnout was already a full fledged epidemic before #COVID19 decided to step on the gas. Need to band together and keep the chat going.
