Appalling Complaints department at Lancashire County Council Lancashire County Council is bloated, unwieldy and excessively defensive if anyone complains. Its Complaints Team think it their primary goal to fob complaints off. Its time the LCC was dissolved.

Very disappointed by Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman #nhs #ombudsman. The case worker was not interested because the complaint was not about death or prolonged pain. No wonder the NHS is in such poor state when its ombudsman is too lazy or indifferent about all the little things it gets wrong.
