We're thrilled to announce the commencement of construction works for the breathtaking Sky Gardens, a magnificent 34-storey, 284-apartment building located in Leeds! Undertaking the role of Employers Agent and Cost Consultants, completion is expected 2026.

This year we took part in the Yorkshire Children's Charity Easter Campaign and were privileged to make it a little "egg-stra" special for our partner school, Chellow Heights Special Needs School in Bradford. Thanks to the support of our colleagues, we donated over 100 Easter eggs and gifts!
