While partially true, there’s a real aspect of emergence in sufficiently developed communities (and ecosystems) When strong enough, nodes beyond the original cultivators begin to generate activity & opportunities that grow & strengthen the community in a decentralized manner

Fresh perspective on failure and entrepreneurship Imo, before you start to use other’s resources, you should have de-risked your venture as thoroughly as possible Failure should not be worn with honor if it involved hefty losses of resources but could have been prevented

I don’t talk about this phenomena a lot bc it’s hard to back up with data but Different tech ecosystems absolutely have different personalities & some of them absolutely hold the ecosystem back Gatekeeping, one-upping, self-importance… it spills over from people to network
