🚑 Did you know? Thanks to the work of EEAST Ambulance Service and Amvale Medical Transport, our patients were moved from our old site to our new Royal Papworth Hospital NHS FT 💙 hospital - a journey of 16 miles - in just one day, rather than the scheduled three. 👏

Today marks five years since we welcomed our first patients to our new hospital.

After 101 years in Papworth Everard, the move to our purpose-built building was designed to help our staff deliver even more exceptional care to patients suffering from heart and lung disease.

After suffering a heart attack, Paulo, a smoker of 41 years, decided to quit with support from the team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS FT 💙.
