Out today helping Tooting Conservatives team in South Balham which is adjacent to my own ward #Balham. The boundary line runs from Bedford Hill along Balham train line to Balham High Road. Needless to say, we have the same challenges dealing with TfL on the red route road!

Huge thanks to Balham’s Community Safety Officer for working with Balham Library and Balham Ward Policing Team to get this area cleared. Cllr Daniel Hamilton and I have received emails on this from concerned residents, also about anti-social behaviour linked to rough sleeping outside the library.

Great team out this morning in #Balham sharing Labour’s plans to borrow £450m after just 2 years in administration. #Wandsworth Borough Council under the Conservatives had no debt.

Yet again, #ClaphamSouth tube station is closed due to staff unavailability. The impact on commuters getting to work and local businesses who rely on the footfall is not acceptable. Cllr Daniel Hamilton and I continue to lobby and hold TfL to account.
