Agree! For more resources on dynamic approaches to #PROs in cancer clinical trials, see FDA draft guidance on Core PROs (fda.gov/regulatory-inf…) and intl recs for use of item libraries (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/36725153/). Can use PRO-CTCAE and other item libraries with PROMIS!

14. Mazie Tsang, MD, MAS, MS: PROs in >1500 FL pts. Baseline QOL worst in 1L tx group (vs RT or W&W). However, longitudinal QOL worsened up to 6yrs in W&W & RT groups. No changes in emotional QOL for any groups. Huge cohort, tx initially improves QOL! #lymsm #ASH23
