I’ve posted a “Director’s Cut” of the preface of Demand The Impossible. To be published by Kentucky Law Journal | Vol. 111, it delves deeply into student protests after Kent State and Steve Bright’s role challenging emergency rule and university discipline. bit.ly/3yaxe9O

Rᴏʙᴇʀᴛ L. Tsᴀɪ Eve Brensike Primus Please repost this! An organized, well-trained, and well-funded public defender system is necessary (but of course hardly sufficient) for justice to be done in this country. Their case loads should be capped. Assigning lawyers randomly w/o accountability/oversight=disaster
