Good predictive thread on the Presidential Immunity case. I think I agree with all of it, especially:
1) it was bad procedurally, delaying any trial;
2) but likely 5 votes for good (enough) substantively, with ACB/JGR making sense
(I thought BK was a self-indulgent loose cannon)

With the caveat you never know from oral argument what Court will do, this excellent Jed Shugerman live-thread suggests the Court may rule against Trump pretty firmly, while also creating a broad Article II official acts and/or C-I-C immunity for POTUS.

That's a bad outcome, IMO.

Tl;dr on my thread on Presidential Immunity (below).
Not worst-case scenario. They will rule against Trump on most counts.
But still bad news:
Probably a long, broad, bad opinion with fractured votes, taking until the end of June.
Hard to schedule a trial before the election.
