I'd like to emphasize that dynamic pricing should be applied to both 'comparator' and 'intervention', meaning that it could make the intervention's cost-effectiveness 'less or more favorable, depending on the context'.

A few issues with this article:

1. They're anti-obesity medications, not 'weight-loss drugs.' Literally how could you call them weight-loss drugs in an article about T2D? The term weight-loss drugs implies short term and vanity-oriented use.
