My hot take on the Synapse hearing:

A Ch11 trustee, as I understand it, removes existing Synapse management from decision making, which is prob net positive.

But, per Evolve's filing & Lineage statement, the banks, who hold the $, don't believe the ledgers: that's a problem.

Wow. US v Live Nation assigned to a former plaintiff's antitrust litigator and recipient of AAI award for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement.

There are about 2 federal judges in the whole country who fit that profile, and Subramanian is one of them.
