Yesterday, my oldest son turned 35. He was 2 when I stopped using drugs and alcohol. I’m incredibly grateful for pursuing and embracing recovery. 💖

When the season started, few people, myself included, expected this! I’ve be a total fan of baseball all my life and I have never seen a team like this. They truly love and play for each other, for Toronto & Canada. GO JAYS GO!! 👏💖🥳⚾️🇨🇦

Totally unacceptable. We need a stronger govt funded treatment system, not these private places charging exorbitant fees with poorly trained staff and in many cases, unsafe living conditions. cbc.ca/news/canada/pr…

Thinking of my Father today. He was a front line artillery soldier fighting out of the trenches across the fields of Europe. He fought his way across Holland into Germany in WW2. His last six months in service were as part of the occupying forces in Germany. #LestWeForget

Well, this certainly warms my heart. No drugs and/or alcohol for 12,000 days! As always, I thank my wife for believing in me back when I didn’t. #recoveryispossible #justfortoday

Thirty-three years of freedom from my problematic substance use. Every day I’m grateful to my darling wife for being my rock, especially back in the early days of my recovery. Another year, another beautiful card and message! 🩷💖🩷
