success to me is being able to move slow. there’s so much luxury in slow mornings, people watching, taking your time out the shower, living with ease. that’s success to me. being able to honor my time.

i have a theory that women with sisters approach friendships from a totally different space. more secure, more intentional and not afraid to be confrontational. the standards are much higher when you grow up with a built in friend.

Early this year I made myself a promise to stop doing things out of a “fuck it” mentality like low vibrational ppl, activities, habits. Truthfully I cringe at the thought of some things & ppl I let close to me in that season. But I love that I feel like me again. 10/10 recommend

A woman’s brain cannot relax until she feels physically and emotionally safe. A lot of men don’t understand how much energy women expend checking that they’re safe. Providing an environment where she can turn that part of her brain off lets her truely settle into her femininity.
