We got Monkfish Liver along with our Monkfish this weekend. Called the “Foie Gras of the Seas,” it has a delicious creamy flavor that’s not at all “fishy.” Prepare it like you would Foie, or make Ankimo (鮟肝), a Japanese delicacy and No. 32 on CNN’s “The World's 50 Best Foods.”
