@dbasanta just touched on this recent Cancer Research paper in his interesting talk on taking a quantitative look at selection in somatic evolution and the role of the #TumorMicroenvironment during treatment at #AACRevol23 !

#CSBCPSON23 : @dbasanta and Conor Lynch Moffitt Research are presenting how the #MultipleMyeloma bone #microenvironment ecosystem protects drug sensitive tumor cells, enabling the development of drug resistance.

Matthew is doing his PhD in @dbasanta lab at IMO. He presented how he can extend his work in AML with Russell Rockne @dbasanta to drug-drug interactions and protein networks studied during rotations in my lab. Good job Matthew!
