Went to Ottawa Bagelshop for lunch and sat down next to a very friendly man. We chatted with him and found out he used to be a teacher. Turns out he was also the founder of the place and they were celebrating the 40th anniversary of the shop! Congratulations on 40 years!

I hate to share chats, but VMedia customer service has been a total shit show every single time I reached out to them thus far. They have good prices for my region but sales support and tech support is total garbage. Spent 20 mins in a chat to be told that they have no info.
