Dementia awareness Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) is one of our priorities within our 'days kept away from home' programme. We continue to focus on strength based conversations, deconditioning, and pathway design. Great to see our garden party in full swing with many activities. Thanks all.
