I've just tried Claude Cowork and I'm pretty stunned. It's currently going through all my platforms and reminding me of all the stuff I've forgotten to do. Now it's decided I'm not capable of managing my affairs and assigned itself as executive assistant.

So my new AI secretary is working surprisingly well. It's planning my workload in order of priority without me thinking and suggesting up-sales opportunities and strategy too. But the biggest help so far it's keeping me accountable. It's brutal tbh. x.com/i/status/20135…

AppLauncher just hit 800 users. I was almost about to sell it a few months ago but instead spent time making it better, repositioning the product and really thinking about user psychology. Moving to weekly launch cohorts was the biggest move. Now we're full until late March

I'm very, very close to solving a problem that's much harder than it might first appear. "How does a system know when a reply is owed?" An unread message might not be worth opening. An unreplied message might not warrant a reply...

A month ago I set out to make an AI assistant. Wasted a week writing scripts & realised it was futile and went down the rabbit hole of ontology. Executive AI (doing stuff) has largely been solved. But an AI that actually knows you and understands your responsibilities has not.

A lot of fine tuning to do but now my AI chief of staff can talk to you about your codebase.
