Hi again Karrimor_CS. My waterproof boots are no longer. Went back to retailer as you suggested. Bought them in June 2019 meaning retailer won't help. Can you now please help? Not unrealistic to expect a pair of your boots to last longer then 7 months is it?

Disappointed with your customer service Matalan. Received an email with return code for a Quiz item bought from you online. It literally said "take to a Matalan store". On arrival, staff would not accept such a return. But the email said to come and provided a code. #badservice
