論文紹介 44日目 これは癌細胞におけるextrachsomosomal DNA (ecDNA)について調べた論文です。かなりのサンプル数を用いて、癌細胞の種類ごとにどんなecDNAがあるか調べています。 染色体に含まれていないDNAを今まで認識していなかったので、とても面白かったです! nature.com/articles/s4158…
