Spent 3 hours in ‘Scotland’ on zwift today. Two key things missing: - sadly there were zero bottles of Irn-Bru spotted plus - a complete lack of coughing inducing pollution going under the Glasgow central train station tunnel. #zwiftscotland

Made it to 🇺🇸 for the PTO US Open - hotel has a vast bagel selection ✅ - watched a girl record a TokTok video with her chicken 🐓 in the park this morning - found subway ✅ - fighting jet lag with American sized coffee and procrastinating over my first tweet in months

🇺🇸 Day 2 - confused multiple times about what to tip 🤔 (10%/16%/20%/no tip) - bagels for breakfast 🥯 (obviously) - tried my tri suit on to make sure I was at race weight 👌 (very scientific) - think swimming pools are the only things 🇺🇸 do smaller than Europe #yards

US 🇺🇸 Round Up: - bagel consumption= 12 - paid $6.50 for a scone 🙄 - tipping is confusing (15/18/20/25%)🤔 - finished 7th in a world class field ✅ - spent my last afternoon at the Irish bar - home time ✈️
