1) In Gaelic football, maintaining strength and power without adding disruptive magnitudes of fatigue is challenging. Systematic reviews from Ivan Jukić & Co. suggest set manipulation strategies could be a viable option to improve neuromuscular adaptations despite lower fatigue.
