On a cold and wet Saturday afternoon, I decided to pop out using my TfL pensioner freedom pass and visit the new Gordon Ramsay Lucky Cat restaurant and bar on the 60th floor of 22 Bishopsgate in City of London I only went for drinks, and loved the warm welcome; the amazing views;
