I am trying to complain about a failure of service after ordering food using Uber Eats app. The live chat seems to be automated as the different agents keep giving me the same answer and have failed to sort out the issue. Anyone know how to contact real person in Uber Eats ??

I orders food using Uber Eats last night. The food didn’t arrive and after contacting restaurant was told that Uber Eats had not provided them with contact details so they were unable to deliver. I have been charged $90 and @Uber_support have informed me that cannot have refund.

Trying to set up a shared account with two sisters and was recommended by one of them. Didn’t use the right link and now the automatic process won’t let her claim reward for referral. Is there someone I can talk to? Monzo 🏦
