Another superb talk in the ongoing PSOM "Nourish" series. "Nutrition & Behavior Change" by Colleen Rauchut Tewksbury PhD RD including the transtheoretical model of behavior change + motivational interviewing. Kudos again to Divya Saini @franjzepeda & Lev Krasnovsky for developing the curriculum
