This week, I spent some time at our OKC embassy on the floor of the Las Vegas convention center at ICSC, the annual convention that draws 10,000s of developers, retailers & restauranteurs. ICSC is always a great opportunity to plant seeds for exciting new developments in OKC.

Our City of OKC emergency management teams are monitoring for any storm damage in OKC. No reports of injuries at this time. There is confirmation of a heavily damaged home at NW 10th and Cimarron in far west OKC.

All residents in South OKC and especially along I-240 should take tornado precautions immediately.

Meteorologists are monitoring a potential tornado in West OKC. Landmarks along the current track include Will Rogers Airport, the outlet mall & Western Heights HS. Ultimately it is tracking across South OKC. All people on this track should take tornado precautions immediately.

OKC recently lost Ray Potts, one half of a dynamic philanthropic team with his wife Pat. They have supported countless community causes through their Potts Family Foundation. We send our deepest condolences to Pat and their family.
