Let's try on-call periph blood smear edition: Schistocytes, blasts, organisms, auer rods, pancytopenia - check lab trend. Hx always (chemo, hemepath dx eg. CLL). Sliding plates, known sickle. If persistent, eg. monocytosis, consider flow for further evaluation. PRN c/s #pathology
