Incredibly imp work led by Rohan Khazanchi, MD, MPH, Heather Hsu, MD MPH & more Boston Medical Center. Changing from reflexive mandated reporting to case-based led to drop in filings w/o change in custody disposition. Multidisciplinary hospital-based team decision making can identify protective factors and risks.
