What an amazing night at Royal Court Liverpool watching Boys from the Blackstuff. Such an awesome production from a fantastic cast. I’m old enough to have seen the TV Drama and I think they captured it perfectly. Boys from the Blackstuff

Back from an amazing week away with Sharon, Sophie, Grace and Basil. Took loads of photos, but this is my favourite. Sharon and Basil just sitting there looking out over Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire from the Tor in Glastonbury.

Day off today and was in two minds what to do. Should I go out on the push bike or go for a run. Decided to drive up to Morecambe for a run along the front to St Peter's Church in Heysham and back. I was quite surprised how warm it was out there. #running

After doing 3 back to back races this year, Chester Ultra, Standard Triathlon and the London Marathon, I thought I would ease in to 2025. So I have just booked a couple of easy warm up events, Ironman Bolton and the Manchester to Liverpool Ultra. #ironman #ultramarathon

Manchester to Liverpool Ultra done and dusted. All was going great till the last 4 miles. Nothing major, but got blisters on my left foot. Patched them up the best I could got it done, time for TLC.
