We had a fantastic assembly about the importance of Remembrance Day from an ex-serviceman today. The children did really well with the drill and two-minute's silence.

Today is my last day in the police as I step into the unknown of Civvy Street.  Joining the army straight from school in 1987 and moving from green to blue.  I have been privileged to work with some outstanding colleagues and friends along the way.  I salute you all!
