It’s just one of those nights I guess. I need to stop drinking when I know I’m gonna be left alone with my thoughts. It makes me realize just how lonely I am and have been for years and constantly trying to make up for it. I don’t really like totalk about it, but it does get hard

At what point do you realize that you’re part of the problem, and you need to change yourself even when it’s not what others would want of you? When is it time to admit that you’re enabling behavior that is not only hurting yourself but others as well?
