Sometimes I miss who my kids were when they were little... not because of their age, but because I wish I could go back and hug them tighter, fix my mistakes, and relive every laugh, smile, and hug.

I’m 31 now and I still remember the things people said to me when I was 10. That’s why it’s so important to be careful what you say around kids because those words stay with them for life.

When you come from nothing, you want to give your kids everything. Then you realize giving them everything teaches them nothing.
