25.5.2023 C-667/21 „Mitverschulden“ Beteiligung d betroffenen Person an dem Umstand, aus d sich d Verpflichtung zum Schadenersatz ergibt, kann je nach Lage des Falles zu einer Befreiung d Verantwortlichen oder Auftragsverarbeiters von der Haftung gemäß Art. 82 Abs. 3 führen.
