I’ve met versions of myself I didn’t like and wasn’t proud of. I’ve taken accountability, changed my ways, patterns, and behaviors. I’ve left the pieces of me right where they were and started over. Dragging myself through hell to become my greatest self. It was worth everything.

Healing has been hard, but understanding all sides of healing was the game changer for me. I had to be realistic and take accountability for the part I play in my own pain. I noticed I wasn’t healing and mainly because I had forgiven everyone, except myself. I hope this helps.
