I wasn’t expecting to be spending my weekend in Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust 💙. My Appendix was removed yesterday morning & I came home late last night. Everyone from the ambulance crew to the porters were amazing. I’m still in pain but it will improve now at least #NHSheroes #ThankYouNHS

I thought I was invincible from Covid 19 after 5 jabs but appears not. I’ve had 2 weeks in Helsinki & Amsterdam. I tested positive last night, so no parkrun for me today, instead you’ll find me in bed with what feels like the worst hangover with fever & sickness. Keep safe all

Please do get behind and vote for Michele Glassup. I witnessed again only 10 days ago the wonderful work she does when I had the opportunity to run with the lads myself. The smiles on the young lads faces, speaks louder than any words you can write down.
