I will never buy another Kia America . I was a faithful customer and sang my 2011 Sorento's praises from the day we got it Feb 2011 - until two weeks ago when the engine died with no warning.
What 9-year-old, cared for vehicle with average annual miles just up and DIES with absolutely no warning? The Kia America Sorento does.
With all of the worry and news reports the last few years over Kia America Sorento engines catching fire, I was concerned but the recall didn't include my Kia America Sorento. No worries, right? No! My engined failure still happened.
And now Kia America says "customer responsibility" because my warranty ran out a year ago. No warning lights, no recalls, we're SOL and get no relief on a $6,000 fix! Kia America sucks and should be ashamed. I'll never buy a Kia America again.
