The human mind is a suicide machine capable of inflicting never ending suffering to oneself. Those who do not master their thoughts and emotions will be like feathers in the wind. Meaning that you're no longer in control over yourself, but the outside world is.

Realising that you have no control over other people or external events, gives you a greater sense of freedom. Don't put your fortune in things outside of yourself. Instead, focus on what you can do, and your outlook on life. True fulfillment is found within, not externally.

You're not your thoughts. You're not your mistakes. You're not your past. Who you are is unconditional. Who you are, is beyond life and death.

No more acting on emotional impulses or negative thoughts. It's time to take matters into own hands. Always striving to do the next right thing. Mindfully observing the present moment, letting it all passing through, without holding on.

Most of my life was literally hell, a fucking nightmare. Almost everything turned out to be in my disadvantage. But in some aspects I was very fortunate. Fortunate enough to still have some fight left in me. It's time to go out on the attack. This ain't over until I'm done.

Realising that so many people from the past know a version of me that no longer exists anymore; That's the beauty of growth.

The howling screams of my past dead-selves, won't let me rest. They seek revenge, they seek victory. Demanding the unattainable, the act of twisting fate itself.

Reflecting on my recent years, I can firmly say that I've overcome the darkness and depression and found my path. My growth is moving forward. However, one thing hasn't changed: the world remains the same, a miserable and hopeless place, blind to it's own decay.
