Today the Russian Duma adopted in the 1st reading a bill banning "LGBT propaganda" for both kids and adults in the media, books, the Internet, advertising and cinema. The law imposes high fines for its' violators (200K - 5M rubles) and might be tightened in subsequent readings.

Happened that I wrote my first trend in Russian and at replays to my friend wondering how and why Russian migrants are calling themselves different names (relocant, expat, and whatever else...)
