This was my mesh, a Coviden Pariatex Polyester mesh which was wrongfully placed on top of my bowel. Causing everything it touched to stick together. I can't stand, walk or bend over without constant chronic pain every single day. Not good enough to be left in this condition.

My mesh was placed under the muscle, layered with multiple packs of mesh on top of my bowel. Is this the correct use of Pariatex Composite Mesh? I have since learnt that it should not be. Straight from the Medtronic website and instructions to surgeons.

After removing the staples 10 days later the whole thing popped open exposing the unsterile mesh, the surgeon was not qualified to remove it. It was failure from the start.
